AMENDMENT II.  LIFE MEMBERS

   Upon serving as a member of the Glen Rock Carolers for
   fifty (50) years, the member becomes a LIFE MEMBER of
   the group, with all the rights and privileges of an
   active member.

   This amendment was adopted on the 19th day of November 2000.
