BYLAWS GOVERNING THE
GLEN ROCK CAROLERS ASSOCIATION, INC.

ARTICLE I.  NAME OF ORGANIZATION

   Section 1.  The name of the Organization shall be the Glen
               Rock Carolers Association, Inc., hereinafter
               referred to as the Association.

   Section 2.  The permanent address of the Association shall
               be the resident mailing address of the
               Secretary-Treasurer serving during the
               respective year.
