ARTICLE IV.  EXECUTIVE BOARD

   Section 1.  The Executive Board shall consist of the
               President, Vice-President, Secretary-
               Treasurer, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer,
               Directors-at-Large, Musical Director,
               Assistant Musical Director and Historian.  The
               Executive Board shall be authorized to act on
               behalf of the Association on all matters
               within the approved Bylaws and subject to
               acceptance of the Association.
