ARTICLE X.  RATIFICATION

   Section 1.  These Bylaws shall become effective on the 2nd
               day of November 1975.

   Section 2.  Approved and adopted by the Glen Rock Carolers
               Association, Inc., on this 15th day of
               December 1974, in the Borough of Glen Rock,
               State of Pennsylvania.
